Back pain is one of the most common forms of discomfort that people get.
Symptoms:

Limited flexibility or range of motion of the back

Pain radiating down into your leg

Muscle ache

Shooting or stabbing pain
How to treat before seeking medical advice:
Over the counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin), acetaminophen (Tylenol), or naproxen (Aleve). If needed, apply ice and/or heat. Bed rest isn’t recommended. Continue activities that you can tolerate, but if the pain becomes too much make an appointment with a doctor.
